Make available offline doesn't show up in my settings or on my drop-down menus on my Windows 11

smart sync doesn't show up in my settings or on my dropdown menus on my new computer. Windows 11.

As a last step: have you tried an advanced re-install using these steps randy123?

BTW- My IT tech installed DP with admin privileges. And this is a brand new computer with factory installation of windows.
