Hey everyone!
When it comes to streaming audio and video files shared through a link, the streaming time depends on what plan the person who owns the file has and the times have been updated.
- If the owner is a Dropbox Basic user, you can stream the first 30 minutes.
- If the owner is a Dropbox Plus, Family, or Professional customer, you can stream the first two hours.- If the owner is a Dropbox Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise customer, you can stream the first four hours.

That is intended. When the owner of the file is a Dropbox Basic user, only the first 15 minutes will stream on the Dropbox website or mobile apps (60 minutes for Plus and Professional users). To view the full file, the recipient needs to save the file to their own Dropbox account, or download and played it locally on their computer.
