Content of folder not visible
Hi,
Been a while since I used Dropbox, so maybe this is a silly question, but I don't find a solution for this problem:
On my main computer I have a folder called "backup"
The icon is a yell...

2 years agoHi JEPEDEWE, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It sounds like you're referring to a shared folder.
If you're seeing it on the site, but not on your computer, either the folder itself has a special character that your OS cannot read, or you've disabled it using selective sync.
Could you check both of these and let me know if you were able to sync it?

Hey JEPEDEWE, sorry to jump in, but did you make sure that the desktop app is 'up to date' on both of your devices and not still syncing in your menu bar/system tray?
