The "manage hard drive space" and "make online-only" options aren't working on my Mac device

I am using a macbook pro 2014 OS 10.15.5 I do not have right click option "make online only". I have the right click option "manage hard drive space", however when I use this feature to "move to ...

Hey Duncan00, thanks for letting me know! 

 

Would you be able to hover your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your menu bar, next to your WiFi and let me know the version of the Dropbox app that you're using?

        Hi again, Duncan! One more thing I wanted to ask before taking you to email; have you also tried these steps to restart your Finder? Do they help at all?
