Screenshot in dropbox not working

Hi, I set from dropbox settings to share my screenshots via dropbox (attached photo), however the app does not create a screenshot folder for me inside my Dropbox default folder and does not create a...

    Ok, thank you, I saw and my screenshots where located in Pictures folder, so I put screenshots destination on desktop, I uncheck "Share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox", then I quit Dropbox app. After restart it, I checked again "Share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox". Now it works.
