Screenshot in dropbox not working
Hi, I set from dropbox settings to share my screenshots via dropbox (attached photo), however the app does not create a screenshot folder for me inside my Dropbox default folder and does not create a...
- 4 years agoOk, thank you, I saw and my screenshots where located in Pictures folder, so I put screenshots destination on desktop, I uncheck "Share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox", then I quit Dropbox app. After restart it, I checked again "Share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox". Now it works.

Can you let me know the exact sync status? Is it showing "up to date", or "syncing xx files"?
Also, do you have your Mac's settings to save screenshots to the Desktop? This is necessary for the Dropbox app to be able to save the screenshots.
If you're not sure about this, you can do a quick web search on how to find the location screenshots are set to save, depending on your OS version.
