What happens if you try to add a file onto the Dropbox site?
When you click the icon in the menu bar, what message appears on the bottom left?
This will help me to assist further!

It seems not to be working in both directions (download and upload)
I also upgraded the operating system to Sonoma 14.1.2. Thanks
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
