Unable to apply for job
Feels sort of weird to post this on the Dropbox user help forums but I see lots of others did and I couldn't figure out any other way to report it.
Having the same issue others do when trying to apply for the Senior Workday Analyst role.
Scrolls back to top of page, but shows no fields missing. Quadruple-checked all of them. I tried it in regular Chrome, incognito Chrome, and Edge.
Thanks!
Hi bennygesserit,
We've tried re-uploading the application again. Can you try clearing your cache on your internet browser and applying again? If that doesn't work please let me know, and confirm I have permission to reach out via email. I will make sure we follow up with you there to get your application in.

Hey bennygesserit, thanks for letting us know.
Just to confirm, you've filled all the fields including the education and employment ones, right?
Also, if you scroll all the way down, do you perhaps see an error message?
Keep me posted.

Yep, I just tried it again just to be sure. Education and Employment are populated, and I scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page after submitting and there was no error - there's the EEO disability stuff, then the submit button, then the blurb about the "Dropbox way", and then the footer links, and that's the end of the page.
The only thing I can think is that maybe it's an error about end dates on the employment, because since I am currently employed, I clicked "current", which means the "end date" fields are blank. But I also tried it with end dates populated, or end dates populated AND "current" checked, and it behaves the same no matter what.

Hi bennygesserit,
Can you try applying again? We've updated this job application so that the issue should be resolved. It appeared to be an issue with the location field. Let me know if you can apply and if it doesn't work I will get investigate further.

Unfortunately, just tried in both regular and incognito Chrome and it's still reacting exactly the same - scrolls to top of page, no fields missing and no error message.
