Solved

We need to access a file that was shared more than 7 days ago.

My Girlfriend is going through an Ugly Divorce & received in drop box a Critical Keystone Document that she sent to her Paralegal who did not open it up in the 7 Day Period & only just discovered this fact months later a week before trial - any Suggestions from the Gurus here how to access this?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

  • Sorry to hear this :(

If its still on her Dropbox account she can just resend it, however, if she deleted it and at the time was not a paid user then recovery only allows for 30 days recovery. If it was over that 30 days its not recoverable, at all, via Dropbox I'm afraid.

Thank you! She managed to find the Document/File because at the time, she saved it, not remembering she had done so. The Document was sent from the Opposing Lawyer & had a 7 day Window & her Paralegal failed to open it in time. And subsequent documents the Opposing Lawyer sent showed substantial different amounts, essentially Fraud. Her being able to open this Saved File was critical. Thank you again.
