A referral I sent was marked as ineligible
I referred my cousin to the drop box and he tried logged in to his new HP laptop in my home network and uploaded documents too , however dropbox has mentioned that my referral storage is in eligible.

This has probably happened because they were connected to the same network as you; can they connect to a different network, so you can try again?

Hi Hannah, I tried connecting through different network but still the same issue exists, the referral space is not allocated yet.
