Hi BenAltizer
It should work with that version of OS as it needs 10.10 or higher.
What version of Dropbox are you using?

It should be the latest version as I've re-downloaded it a few times this week attempting to combat this, where do I check this?

Hey BenAltizer!
Can you please click on the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar, and send me a screenshot of the window that will appear?
Also, when right clicking on your files within the local Dropbox folder, are you seeing any other Dropbox options, besides the “Make online-only” one that seems to be missing?

Hello,
I am finding the same problem.
I have a MacOS CatalinaCalina 10.15.7, and when I right-click on the Dropropbox folder in Finder, there are several other options available, but not the `make online-only`option.
Do you have suggestion to this issue?
Thank you
