Dropbox reporting as full even though I have deleted the backup that filled it up!
I can no longer see the accidently back up of an external drive that was filling dropbox, because I have deleted it. However, Dropbox is still reporting as full!
Any ideas, please?

It shows that it has 2Gb of backups...
However, I think I deleted the backup. I certainly can't find anywhere in Dropbox to now remove...
Thanks for your help.

Hi Nancy,
This is what I see:
Obviously I should presumably delete this backup. Glad that I now have a link to it, because I couldn't find it from my regular Dropbox screen.
If I delete this backup I hope that it won't try again when I plug that external drive in again?
Thanks.

Thanks for the screenshot! Even if you don’t have the link to the Backups page, you can always access it by going to www.dropbox.com and clicking on the following icon at the top right corner of your screen:
Other than that, if you plug in your external drive again and get asked if you wish to back it up to Dropbox, there should be an option to refuse so that you don’t use up your Dropbox space.
