Thanks for jumping into the thread. I did some thinking, and I think that I came up with a solution for the issue...well, kinda. I discovered what is going on. I took a look at my local Dbox folder that is on the H/D of my computer. Unlike the Dbox page, I went into it and was able to see the file sizes of all the folders, etc. (This online page really puts the user at a disadvantage b/c it isn't intuitive and doesn't allow you to see what you need to see without really digging into it...seems like the devs are are trying to frustrate the user into upgrading to a plan that costs money because they can't get the necessary information about their memory usage in order to troubleshoot.) Any way, I discovered that the culprit was my Apps folder. It is the drain on the memory allocation. So I am determining what I can delete and what I can't. Hopefully this will get me to where I need to be.
No backups listed: 0 bytes. Now I did see a shared file, but I don't share anything with anyone. The weird part is that I don't see that shared file anymore. How can I see that file again? And how do you stop sharing something?
