Extra Acer promo storage not showing up.

I just got a new computer that came with a 12month 100GB dropbox storage amount. I got an email confirming that I linked it all correctly but their maths is off 

How do I get the extra 100GB? The email says I've already got it which takes my total to 2.75 which is obviously not correct.
