Files not syncing and saying my Dropbox is full despite upgrading my account
Hi peeps, I have upgraded my account to the Plus Plan months ago, but it Dropbox constantly says I'm out of space. I'm so frustrated by this as everything is deleted from my files. Would appreciate help.
Hey Simone CJ, thanks for taking the time to post today!
If you go to the plan tab of your account settings, do you see that you're on a Dropbox Plus plan or a free Basic one?
If you see that it's just a Basic, could it be possible that you upgraded a different account, under a different email address?
You can check your emails, to see if you can find out more info.
Let me know what you find.
