HP device is not verified, so I can't get my free space for a year.

I have an HP PC received a message about the dropbox campaign for free for a year. I try to install on PC, but get the error message PC not verified

    Dropbox should just auto update if its eligible. You cannot download direct from website - if you do you dont qualify. 

    I'd suggest running all updates on the machine (HP ones and Windows) and then try running Dropbox again.
