I have ALL my files in "ONLINE ONLY" Mode; yet my Mac OS hard dive space is full and overwhelmed with all my Dropbox files. It is so absurd. I thought that having Dropbox was to use their company space while having all the computer storage reserved for computing.

    Hi there Juan Luis de Pa, sorry to hear about this.

    Can you please let us know the app's status and version as shown on your menu bar at the moment?

    If it's up to date, could you try refreshing your Finder or rebooting your computer and let us know if the hard drive discrepancy persists?

    Feel free to send any screenshots you think might help as well.

    Thanks!

      Hello, Walter;

      as you can see my hard drive is full of documents that are clearly in "online only" Mode.

      My computer has been very Slow since I installed the Dropbox. I'm unsure which app version I have. It has not that information available as you can see from the pictures I'm sending.

      Please help me. I can no longer work with all this overwhelmed hard drive.

      Thank You!

        Thanks for the additional information and the screenshots too Juan Luis de Pa

        If you've ensured that the desktop app is 'up to date' and not still syncing, could you clear the cache as outlined here and let me know if it improved matters at all?
