Inaccurate storage used on website
I recently removed all files/folders from Dropbox. My account says I have used 6.62GB out of 12.5GB, when it should be 0. I then tried to upload a Word doc and it said I couldn't because I was out of space. I checked the All Files folder and there are none remaining. How do I get my account to reset?
Where in my account do I find the history of earning additional space throughout the years?

Check your Backups page. If you have no backups saved, wait a few hours and your space usage will likely be updated.
