Installed DB on a new laptop. Unintentionally synced so that the files all downloaded.
Setting up a new laptop for my wife. I added her DB account and allowed the sync to run. She has a 2TB account, although she is not using it all (fortunately!). I guess I inadvertently allowed the app to sync the files locally on to the new laptop. How can I remove them in mass without disturbing the cloud based files and still have her use the app to pull up the cloud based files?
Windows 11 PC. BTW, why is the system tray icon black? On another new PC, it is showing up white.
Hi bookbean1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
You can mark files as online-only by following these steps.
The icon would either be white or black depending on the theme of the Windows installation.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
