Limit exceeded but just 700MB of 2GB used

My box just has 700MB Data of 2GB Limit and still get Message Dropbox full. Cache is almost empty and now shares I'm aware of. Any Ideas?

    Check your Sharing and Backups pages.

Thank you, didn't see any Backup stuff but obviously I did set a whole Garmin Folder to Backup which over the years grew.
