Member of Dropbox team account keeps getting a message that she's out of space
Hi, we have a shared Dropbox with 60TB. We have not set a limit for the members. One of the members computer is on it's last legs and she is trying to upload her files to Dropbox. She keeps getting a message saying she has insufficient space to do this. Can anyone help? Does she need to upload in smaller bunches?

Hi madz43,
Here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:
- Check Local Storage: Ensure she has enough local storage on her computer to manage the upload process.
- Upload in Batches: Yes, uploading smaller batches can help. It reduces the load on the computer and might bypass the error.
- Use Dropbox Website: She can try uploading directly via the Dropbox website instead of the desktop app.
- Check Internet Connection: Ensure a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions.
If these steps don’t work, please let me know.
