I am told my basic dropbox is full, but I am informed that with my limited needs it shouldn't be. How do I identify what is taking up this space, and what I can do to get things under the limit

10 months agoHey Grahamdragon, from what you're reporting, it seems like you have enabled the external backup feature on your Dropbox application and an external drive of yours is taking up your space and bringing your account over its quota.

Hi Hannah
Thanks. When clicking on the icon it does not display Sync and Backups. It simply displays the sync history

Hey Grahamdragon, can you try these steps?
- Click on the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar
- Click on your initials/profile pic/gear icon
- Click on Preferences
- Click on the "Backups" tab
