Space usage is incorrect

Hi Megan,
Thanks for replying. We used to have "PC" back up but we deleted it already because it takes too much space. However after deleting it, the spare space is still the same, the storage doesn't count again. Please help us check, thanks!

How long did you wait after deleting it fo2_lejardinhotels ? For Team users it can take up to 8 hours to recover space.
You've also posted your SHARED folders page, but, what seems to be using a lot of space is actually your own personal files of 3.3gb - you need to delete those. Anything, at all, that appears at www.dropbox.com/home uses your quota.
