Sure, I can not take screenshot directly from computer because it blurs all the background / blocks all the tools any time I open the notification; however I'm sending you picture that I took with my phone camera.. Thank you for saving my nerves in advance!

Can you clarify if you've installed the app with admin privileges?
Have you allowed for the app to make any necessary changes? Did you choose "yes" or "no" in the above message?

As far as I know I installed the app with admin privileges - it's so long ago since it started to appear on my desktop and I haven't change anything on my computer before that.. It does not matter whether I choose "yes" or "no" - it just keeps on going again and again...

HI there MG194 - sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox desktop app installed there as well?
If you happen to be running any antivirus, firewall or VPN/proxy setting on your computer, could you disable them temporarily to see if that helps?
