Hi Megan,
This likely to happen when the Dropbox app has a new version and it just simply log out. I know Dropbox desktop is not supporting Windows Server OS, but we cannot change to other OS due to the company policy. I would be much appricated if you can recommend any solutions.
Thank you

Hey dangvu2308, thanks for the info!
Does this happen once after the app's newest update, or more?
If you try to locally locate your Dropbox folders, and check its properties, how many files do you see there?

Hi Megan,
For now it only happens when the app has new version update. For the local folder, we have more than 80,000 files.

Hey dangvu2308!
Do you think you could try creating a new OS profile or start your device on Safe Mode and let us know if this persists?
If you have any antivirus or firewalls or VPN/proxy settings on your computer, you can temporarily disable them as well.
