Dropbox installer for OSX10.13.6

i am running OSX 10.13.6 on a mid-2010 mbp, and Dropbox requested an update, which then broke the version i had, and the dropbox site only seems to have the latest version ... in fact when i login du...

hi mark, thanks for replying

 

i too would have thought it would be straightforward but during instal, just after putting my login details in, i get a message telling me i am running an old version, and this is an install from dropbox website .... maybe i need to fully uninstall it to reinstall it? where might an uninstaller be found, if that is the next stage?
