Just to have a clearer idea of what’s happening, can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your end? Just make sure to hide any sensitive/personal info that may be showing.
Also, what’s the OS version of your device, as well as the app version of your Dropbox Passwords app (as shown in the app's settings)?

Hello, Nancy. There is only card no, expiry day and Card holder name three field, but no cvv. I'm using the latest version on iphone. My app language is using Traditional Chinese. Thankyou!

Lastest French version of iOS application.
CCV is present in chrome on Windows, but not on iOS application

Thanks both for sending over more info!
If you don’t save your card’s CVV to your Dropbox Passwords account on your mobile, does this prevent you from completing your payments/transactions?
