Dropbox won't open on my PC because it thinks I do not have Windows 10.
Since a couple of days Dropbox won't open on my PC. Dropbox says it is because I have Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 but I have Windows 10 since september 2020. See the screenshot I made of this problem.

Hey Mat - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Was there an update on your computer's OS lately or a change in the security software you've installed there?
If this persists after rebooting your computer, could you try reinstalling the app using the offline installer from this page directly?
Let us know of any updates!

Hello Walter,
No nothing changed on my computer and I have reboot my computer several times and I also tried to reinstall Dropbox with the offline installer. Dropbox starts and then within a minute a get the same message and Dropbox closes

It sounds like the problem you mentioned is similar to what other users reported on this thread.
Can you check the device's compatibility mode, to make sure it's set-up correctly for Windows 10? Let me know of the results.

Hello Megan, I read the thread but it is not clear to me what the solution is, it is so complicated and nowhere it is mentioned what I need to do. I had serveral reinstallments. Hoe can I check the compatibility mode?? It is in Windows 10, see the picture:
