Could you clarify what you mean by the round Dropbox icon?
To access the app itself, you need to click the menu bar icon once, which is what you described already, no I'm not certain what other info or features you're expecting.
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

All sorted Jay,
I thought that the application that Dropbox used on phones and pads is the same for the pc. It was like that, but now is an old interface.
I really liked that interface, but is no longer in use, well, I've to get used to the new stuff.
