I'm having a very similar issue as the OP. I just upgraded to Ventura and my Dropbox app was stuck on indexing files. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Dropbox, enabled full disk access, restarted my computer, checked the online version to see if I could upload there (I could), checked on my iPad to see if that app was updating (it was), and still my Dropbox app is stuck on indexing files. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
