    Hey mferguson_au, thanks for posting on our Community and happy Friday!

     

    It seems that you're using a beta version of the app; could you try the latest, stable version from this page directly and let us know if you still get the same error?

     

    To make sure you're off the beta channel (i.e. early releases), you can turn off the relevant option from your account's settings online beforehand. 

     

    If you're on the Basic plan, make sure to have no more than 3 devices connected (including your Mac) to your account as you might hit your account's device limit.
