Online-only not working in Surface Pro 11 (Snapdragon version)

I have exactly the same issue on my surface pro 11 (snapdragon) : "Make online-only" feature is missing

No issue on my other laptop (Lenovo AMD Ryzen 7)

Can someone help ?
