Online-only settings not available under my app's preferences. What can I do?

I have Dropbox plus with V216 on windows 10 and options for online-only and smart sync do not appear under the sync tab of preferences dialog, I am only shown an option to correct incompatible charac...

Hey Cxcreid, let's jump right into this!

As a first step, can you hover your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi and clarify the exact version of our app? I'd like to know if you're using the stable or beta version.

Also, would you mind sending over a screenshot of your Sync tab in order to have a visual of what you see?

As a test, if you right click on a file/folder inside your Dropbox folder, do you have the option to make it available offline, or online-only? 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    Hi,

     The version is 216.4.4420

    Right-clicking does not show an option to make available online or offline.

      Can you also send me a screenshot of your Dropbox app preferences Account tab? Just make sure to hide your email address from the forum.

      Besides that, I’d like to know the current syncing status of your Dropbox app.
