There's no login option on the Dropbox app for iPhone (just the option to create an account).

I have had a Dropbox account for years, and I recently downloaded the Dropbox app on my iphone 15, which I got to replace a previous iphone that I damaged beyond the ability to use.

 

I am logged into Dropbox on my Mac and in my browser.

 

When I went to log into the Dropbox app on my new phone, I was presented with an interface to create a new account, but not to log in.

 

I went ahead and entered my email and password for my existing account in that interface, thinking it would provide me with a login interface once it recognized that an account with those credentials already exists. But it doesn't.

 

So I can't find any way to use this app. What is the solution?

    Can you send over a screenshot of what you see exactly on your Dropbox mobile app? Please make sure your email address/password isn't visible before uploading it here.

      Same here. And I don't see an option to upload a screenshot. But I too cannot login, there is no login page only a new user page

        Seems like you have to delete the app and re-download, or shut down the phone and restart. The login suddenly appeared on mine after trying different things like that.
