As of this morning I am able to send and receive faxes.

Can you provide more details on what happens exactly every time you try to send a fax?
Do you know if the people who tried to send you a fax instead had issues, as well?
I’ll be able to further help this way.
It goes through as normal both ways. Does not come to the email that is assigned. Same email and server we have used since this account was set up. I just checke the website and now it says
FAILED TO FAX [removed per Community Guidelines] 10:52 AM
on the one that I sent as a test.
