Unable to create Google Docs, Sheets, Slides...
Hello,
I'm in my Dropbox folder, click Create > Google Doc and it keeps asking me to link my Google account. I do it yet again. It invites me to type the name for my new doc but then it just says "Google authentication failed" at the bottom and there's nothing created. I've tried completely unlinking Google and relinking. All cookies allowed and turned off uBlock origin etc.
How do I create a Google doc* inside Dropbox
*or a shortcut to a new doc
Thank you!

Hello 🙂
Different emails. But the one I use for Dropbox is my "Alternative email" for my Google account.. meaning I can literally log into Google with it and if people share a Drive doc or folder with that email, it behaves like my Google email. I would maybe prefer to keep my Dropbox as it is because it's my work email address whereas my Google one is a bit unprofessional.Although I don't know if clients would ever see what email address I use for Dropbox?

It's possible that the error you're getting is due to the emails not being the same on the system, as they do need to match when creating Google files.
