Can I change to a less expensive plan?
I’ve been subscribing since 2016 when it cost $99 per year. In 2019 the cost doubled to $199 per year, but I kept the account for convenience, despite never needing more than 1/3 of the space I’m paying for. I love Dropbox but can I switch to a less expensive individual plan? It’s getting hard to justify with a free Box account at work.
Hi there Bevy - thanks for using Dropbox and posting on our Community!
Based on the pricing you mentioned, it sounds like you're on the Dropbox Professional plan.
In that case, you could downgrade your account to the Dropbox Plus plan.
You can have a look at the current plans on this page.
I hope this helps!

- BevyExplorer | Level 4Thank you very much. Yes, I would like to switch. Can you do this for me? Also, I want to ensure that all the files on my account are filed to one gmail address, just in case I originally signed up with my now abandoned yahoo email. It has always been just me, a single user on the account, but can we check that. Will you please open a ticket for me?
