Cannot cancel the Dropbox trial I started through Google Play

I am having the same issue as https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Plans-and-Subscriptions/I-can-t-cancel-my-trial-from-Google-Play-on-my-Dropbox-account/m-p/788426/thread-id/32674

 

I had to sign up for the free trial to see my wedding photos. Now I cannot cancel my subscription. I am signed into the correct account on the app, but when I go to my "current subscriptions" in the play store I do not see DropBox. Help me cancel my subscription before I get charged on 11/5/24 please.

    Have you tried following the steps listed here?

      Hi Rich, yes I did - those steps work fine up until I get to the Google Play store, for whatever reason DropBox isn't in there.

        Hey bcbabrich, is it possible that you used a different device to create the trial?

         

        Or had previously linked the Dropbox app to a different account?
