Can't cancel my subscription

Have done everything asked of me in trying to cancel this subscription....nothing has worked.    Subscription ends today and i don't want to be charged for something i want stopped.    HELP,,,,,pat o...

    Hey patolivier302, happy Monday!

     

    Are you still seeing that you're on a Dropbox Plus subscription, when you go to the plan tab in your account settings?

     

    If you see that you're on a Dropbox Basic account with 2 GB of space, it means that the trial has ended and your account was downgraded, so you're good to go.
