Hey Marina Matic, thanks for the screenshot.
Actually, the moment that you joined the Family plan, your Professional trial was automatically cancelled.
You should be able to check the personal subscription history here.

Can you also check your emails, to see if you have any Dropbox related emails, that indicate your trial started there?
