Dropbox Business Advanced customers aren't treated equally when it comes to features.

So, customers who has an existing Dropbox Buisness Advanced plan to the same costs as a plus plan lacks the following:

1. Edit text in pdf files

2. Can transfer only 100GB files instead of 250GB

3. Lack Sign license included.

Why isn't it possible to move to the Plus plan if that is what is going forward?

What is going on? Dropbox don't want existing customers?

Hey Kave, let's jump right into this!

First, when you say "a Plus plan", is it safe to assume that you're referring to Dropbox Business Plus, which is tailored for teams?

If we're on the same page, can you please clarify the third point?

Aside from that, if you're currently on Dropbox Advanced and want to upgrade to Dropbox Business Plus, but you're getting an error, it'd be best to contact our Support team directly.

    Thanks a bunch!
