Hi @svenpanis, welcome to our Community!
Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
Also, can you please clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?
If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here.

Hi Megan,
I upgraded directly from the Dropbox website (after receiving an email stating that my account is out of storage).
I have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails.

Are you sure you upgraded the correct account? Did you sign in to the other account to see what plan it's on?

Both account's plans are Basic. I am sure I upgraded the correct account (associated with my current work email), which was created this year. The other account (associated with a gmail address) was created years ago.
