Hi I tried to upgrade my Dropbox basic to professional. My visa card was charged (transaction message: Dropbox db.tt/cchelp IRL) for 199 Euros, but my dropbox plan did not upgrade (still Basic). ...

Hi Megan,
I upgraded directly from the Dropbox website (after receiving an email stating that my account is out of storage).
I have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails.
Thanks,
Sven

Are you sure you upgraded the correct account? Did you sign in to the other account to see what plan it's on?

Both account's plans are Basic. I am sure I upgraded the correct account (associated with my current work email), which was created this year. The other account (associated with a gmail address) was created years ago.

Did you also use our self-serve look-up tool in order to locate the account the charge is linked to @svenpanis?

Hi Megan & Rich,
after double-checking I noticed my bank has "reserved" the amount (199 EUR). So although it was subtracted from my balance, it seems the transaction "is still being processed" which explains why no upgrade has occurred yet. Do you have any idea what this means? I guess I have to wait and see what happens..
Thanks again for your time! Sven
