Find account beloning to SEPA Debit
Hello,
I am beeing charged 110 euro's a year by Ayden for a dropbox account.
Can't find te email adres anywhere.
I tried the code online : 507564814 but can't find it by the tool
How do i solve this?

Since this is a billing request, please follow these steps to log a ticket with our support team directly:
Open another browser on your computer, and make sure you’re NOT signed in to ANY Dropbox account.
Go to this page https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues, and select an “issue type”.
Enter your information, make sure that you enter an email address that you currently have access to, and submit it.
You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a ticket number.
Please send me your ticket number here.
Ping me, when you’re ready.
Well maybe i am stupid. But i cant find anything for a SEPA debit. Only creditcard, Paypal of Google/Apple pay. So it is impossible to make a ticket.

Hey benboogaard - sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to mention that you can fill in the form with your details and select the credit card option, for example, for the ticket's sake.
Once you get an email with your ticket number, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well if needed.
