Help me cancel my monthly subscription

I would like to ask someone to help me cancel my monthly subscription.

Currently my application is not working.

    When you say your application is not working, could you elaborate a bit please? 

     

    Also, could you please let me know if you upgraded through the website directly in the first place or if it was through the app store on a mobile device perhaps?

     

    Have you tried reaching out to our support team directly  through this page by the way?
