How can I cancel a free trial?
When I started the free trial subscription I had an Android, now I have an Iphone. How do I cancel my free trial?

I try to follow the steps as set out but the menu and directions given do not correlate to my screen. I cannot identify the menu selections inorder to complete the steps.

I understand you're having issues with cancelling a Trial subscription - is that correct?
If I want to be completely honest here, I'm not aware of a weekly Trial subscription as the one you mentioned; could it be that you're on the Basic plan that comes with 2 GB of space and comes for free and perhaps you're referring to another service?
Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you take a look at your account's plan tab and let me know what it reports there?

Apologies...its a 14 day Free Dropbox Professional trial

I want to cancel this before I get charged.
message from Dropbox:
"Hi Steve,
We hope Dropbox Professional has elevated how you create and share your work.
Just a heads up—your trial ends September 9, 2019.If no cancellation is made to the free trial by then, $22.99 per month (including applicable taxes) will be charged to the account on file until the plan is canceled. Previous charges won’t be refunded at the point of cancellation."
Your request refers:
“Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you take a look at your account's plan tab and let me know what it reports there? “
"Personal account
Dropbox Basic
Does this mean that I did manage to cancel it?

Just make sure that you received this email to the email address that was indeed associated witht the Professional trial you mentioned.
