How do I cancel my subscription?
I cnnot afford this. I am a retired teacher on a limited, fixed income.

I'm trying to cancel my account but don't have the cancel button. Your chatbot is useless and I'm beyond frustrated. My chatbot case number is #12263828. I'm close to reaching out to my CC company.

What plan do you see on this page? Can you see any recent payments on your account here?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app?

Hi Jay.
Appreciate the reply. I see a Basic account listed. However, my CC shows the following charge for $125 on 3/30.

Honestly I can't recall how I signed up but this should be my only account. I checked and I don't have a subscription in the app store.
- Jay4 years agoDropbox StaffCould you try entering that transaction ID, the 12 characters after *, on the card lookup tool to see if you can locate the account it's associated with?
