How long will the hp 100 gb promotion last?
I just received my new HP laptop and noticed an offer for 100gb free for one year. I am wondering how long do I have until this offer expires? e.g. can I sign up for it in a couple of months? Later this year?
Another question, if I sign up now and after 12 months haven't fully used the 100 gb, will the leftover space disappear? E.g. if I've used 25gb only, will the other 75gb no longer be accessible after 12 months?
Thanks!
- Hi hpquestion, thanks for posting today.
We'd recommend activating the offer as soon as possible, in case the original pre-installed version of Dropbox on your device is removed or deleted, which would prevent the offer from being activated.
Once a year has passed, all the promotional quota would expire, so all 100 GB of quota would no longer be on your account. If you were using 25 GB at that time, you'd then be overquota on your account once it returns to 2 GB. No files would be deleted, however, the account would no longer sync any changes until it's underquota.
If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
