I cancelled Dropbox Sign, now I can't access any docs
I had a Pro account for several years, recently downgraded to Basic, discovered I was still paying for Sign, so contacted support to cancel that. Now my account seems to have disappeared. I do hope all my company's data hasn't been deleted.

Did you cancel the paid plans under this existing Dropbox account, or was it under a different email address?
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you delete the Dropbox account directly using these steps?
