I cancelled my team account and now my other account is gone. How do I get it back?

I had cancelled my teams and now my other account is gone. how do I get it back? In other treads it said to reach out to the administrator, but as I was the admin, not sure how that works. I just want to go back to buy plus account that had all my stuff in it.

    Hey Gina Lantz, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community.

    Are you referring to two different Dropbox accounts, under different email addresses?

    Or did you perhaps have a personal account and then used it to join a team account trial and have now cancelled the trial?

    Let me know and we'll go from there.
